Therefore, in the handover testing of electrical equipment and preventive testing of power equipment, the measurement and judgment of the performance of high-voltage circuit breakers are essential parts. However, due to objective needs, the on-site testing of high-voltage circuit breakers requires a large number of equipment to be tested and a variety of testing items, resulting in the need to carry a variety of testing equipment. During the testing process, there is a common occurrence of duplicate wiring, which not only increases the workload of workers, but also seriously affects work efficiency, and even has certain safety hazards.

Our company has developed this comprehensive testing instrument for circuit breakers to address the above issues. It highly integrates multiple traditional single type detection devices, significantly reducing duplicate wiring, optimizing testing processes, and improving work efficiency by combining years of on-site testing experience with advanced data algorithms. Functional Features

High voltage circuit breakers with 10kV metal contacts suitable for mainstream models both domestically and internationally, equipped with linear travel sensors and increments Rotation sensor. The installation of incremental rotation sensors can achieve directionless installation, coupled with a universal plum blossom interface, making the installation simpler and more stable.

Provide a dedicated aviation plug interface for 10kV high-voltage circuit breakers to achieve fast, safe, and reliable closing and opening as well as energy storage coil wiring, and eliminate safety hazards caused by wiring.


Adopting a 10.1-inch resistive color touch screen, with full Chinese menu display, live voice broadcasting, support for tablet wireless connection control, and the ability to generate Word test reports in specific formats, facilitating data storage and printing.

Low voltage testing projects include mechanical characteristics testing of circuit breakers, DC resistance testing, circuit resistance testing, insulation resistance testing and AC boost testing, low voltage action voltage testing, and energy storage motor energy storage. The testing items can be freely selected, and the instruments are intelligently sorted to prevent duplicate and invalid measurements.

The layout of high and low voltage terminals is reasonable, and special insulation test joints are equipped for high voltage testing, resulting in better insulation sealing. The panel is equipped with a mechanical voltage pointer that matches the digital pointer on the screen, making the display of high-voltage output status more accurate, intuitive, and reliable.

The instrument supports a maximum of 999 sets of test data storage, and the test parameters are not lost when powered off. Mechanical characteristic tests can generate time displacement maps and dynamic current schematic maps, and speed data can be analyzed again after testing. Provide a USB storage interface for convenient data storage.
