Audited Supplier HVD-8613 transformer short-circuit impedance tester is an instrument developed by our company for measuring low voltage short-circuit impedance of transformers under on-site and laboratory conditions. The instrument is small in size and lightweight. The instrument adopts voltage and current synchronous AC sampling and digital signal processing technology internally, ensuring accurate measurement data.
For three-phase transformers, the instrument can use three-phase simultaneous test and split phase test methods to test transformers: three-phase simultaneous test uses three-phase power supply, which can directly measure three-phase parameters; Single phase power supply is used for phase separation test. After measuring corresponding phases in turn, three-phase parameters are automatically converted. For single-phase transformer, the instrument has the function of single-phase transformer test, and can directly test its Impedance parameters.
The instrument is equipped with a built-in power on memory, which can store measurement data for a long time. The instrument comes with a printer, a large screen LCD display, all Chinese menus and operation prompts, making the operation simple and intuitive.

1. Measurement of short-circuit impedance:
Used for low-voltage short-circuit impedance experiments of transformers, it can display and measure parameters such as voltage, current, active power, impedance value, impedance voltage percentage, reactance value, leakage inductance value, etc. on the same screen in three or single phases.
2. Measurement of no-load loss:
The instrument displays three-phase voltage, three-phase current and three-phase power. The instrument displays the distortion rate of the applied power waveform, and calculates the no-load current percentage and no-load loss of the transformer.
3. Measurement of load loss:
Display three-phase voltage, three-phase current and three-phase power, automatically calculate the percentage of impedance voltage of the transformer, and convert it to the load loss under rated temperature and rated current. The instrument has a frequency conversion function, which can accurately measure in a wide frequency range.
4. Phase separation measurement:
It is used to check the defect of single-phase winding of three-phase transformer or the absence of three-phase power supply on site. Single phase power supply is used for split phase test. After each single phase data is measured separately, it can be automatically converted into three-phase parameters.
5. Measurement of zero sequence impedance:
The measurement of zero sequence impedance is applicable to transformers with neutral points in the high-voltage side star connection. The instrument can record zero sequence impedance, zero sequence reactance, zero sequence inductance, impedance angle, and zero sequence resistance.
6. The instrument has a harmonic analysis function, which can measure the content and total distortion rate of multiple harmonics, and display the original waveform and histogram.
7. The large screen LCD display of the instrument can display three-phase voltage, three-phase current, three-phase power, three-phase impedance value, three-phase impedance voltage percentage, three-phase reactance value, three-phase leakage inductance value, three-phase average voltage, average current, three-phase total power and relevant data on the same screen. The instrument adopts a Chinese menu with Chinese prompts and easy operation.
8. The instrument is equipped with a USB flash drive interface, which allows the data stored in the instrument to be imported into the USB flash drive at any time. During instrument testing, it can be directly stored in the USB flash drive.
